We fix or you don't pay
Many companies, including some "squads", have you pay up front before any work is done. We don't believe this is a fair or equitable way to run a business. We have a simple premise, we perform, or you don't pay. If you've got a terrible infection, sometimes the SMART thing to do is to switch from a "search and rescue" operation to a "recovery" operation. If we decide that's what's best for your comptuer, you don't pay us to not fix your virus and then pay us again to reformat and recover your data. You only pay for what works.
